For the first time this year, Rasmussen's projections have President Bush leading John Kerry in the electoral college. The current standings: 200 for Bush, 190 for Kerry, and 148 votes in the toss-up catagory. Additionally, for the second day in the last three, Bush leads Kerry 47% to 46% among those surveyed.
